These are Nanoboron Online Store Terms and Conditions of sale to which all online purchases are subject. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. Any changes will take effect when posted on this website. By using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

1. The Contract
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between us (Nanoboron Ltd) and you, (the customer), will take place when the goods have been paid for by you and despatched by us. Any email, order confirmation or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order does not constitute legal acceptance by Nanoboron of your order.
In the event that there are any errors regarding price or description, we reserve the right to notify you as soon as possible and give you the options to proceed with this revised order at the correct price/description, or to cancel the order. In these circumstances, upon cancellation, your credit/debit card will be refunded in full.
1a. Price Information
The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via the Nanoboron Online store. On occasions, the prices payable and promotions offered online may differ from those prices and promotions offered at the same time in Nanoboron stores. We are under no obligation to honour any in-store price or promotion that differs from those online. Similarly, Nanoboron stores are under no obligation to honour any online price or promotion that differs from the in-store price.
Where the ’In-store Price’ is listed, this refers to the current price in Nanoboron stores.
Special Offers and promotions advertised in the press or other media may be excluded unless specifically advertised as available online.
All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last.
All prices are shown in £ sterling and include V.A.T. where appropriate. We regret we are not able to offer VAT exclusive pricing for deliveries to the Channel Islands.
If an administrative error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct that price and notify you accordingly. In these circumstances, it will be deemed that a contract has not been entered into and you will not be bound to continue with your purchase. You will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed at the correct price, however, should you choose not to do so, your monies will be refunded to your credit/debit card in full. The repayment of such monies paid to us will be the extent of our liability to you in the event of pricing errors.
2. Ordering Goods
Our online store can only accept orders originating from and for delivery to UK and Republic of Ireland addresses. To order goods from our online store, you need to select your required items from the product information page(s) they appear on. To place an order online, go to the product information page and then follow the steps outlined below:
Product Information Page, Shopping Basket Page, Delivery Page, Order and Payment Page. All orders placed on Nanoboron online sale are subject to stock availability and to the validation checks described in section 4 below. Also please refer to section 1 above regarding incorrect prices. No contract will exist until payment has been received and goods have been dispatched. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and to have been effectively communicated to you. Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is English. 3. Payment
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards registered at UK and Republic of Ireland addresses.
Please ensure that the expiry date of your credit/debit card is after the anticipated despatch date of your order. Payment will be debited from your account just before the despatch of your goods, and if your payment card has expired, we will be unable to take payment and fulfill your order.
We regret that we are unable to accept payment by cheque, cash, Gift Vouchers, High Street Vouchers, Purchase Orders or any other form of payment other than credit or debit cards.
4. Validation Checks
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, Nanoboron will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g Electoral Roll data, Credit Reference Services). A third party may also be instructed to complete these checks. By ordering from the www.nanoboron.co.uk website you consent to such checks being made. We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to process and dispatch your order or we may be unable to accept your order. Any information given may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of the information. All information provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. These measures are taken as extra protection for you, to ensure your online shopping experience with us is as safe and secure as possible.
5. Liability
The majority of card issuers cover all the charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit cards, but some may limit your liability to £50. If you believe your credit or debit card has been subject to unauthorised use you should contact your card issuer without delay.
6. Delivery of Goods
We can only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. For deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands there may be an additional delivery charge and slightly longer delivery lead-time. This charge will be shown clearly during the checkout process. Goods can be delivered either to your home address, to an alternative address or to your work. Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. If your order contains more than one product the individual products may, on occasions, be sent on multiple dispatches at no extra charge.
6a. Delivery Charges
The delivery charge for each item is listed on the product detail page underneath the ’Add to Basket’ button. When you add products to your shopping basket the appropriate charge will be added automatically. All delivery charges will be shown clearly throughout the checkout process. We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. The delivery charge depends on the size and weight of the product ordered and the delivery service option you choose. Following prices are available:

Delivery charges are per order, not per item.
6b. Delivery Times
You can choose from our Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day option.
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days. For Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed by 12.00am. Deliveries to non-Mainland UK or remote locations may take longer. Please note that if your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may, on occasion be made separately. Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. In the event that we fail to meet a specified delivery date you will have the option of either cancelling your order and receiving a full refund, or continuing with the order and accepting a refund of any additional delivery charge we have made.
Delivery times quoted above can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location.
7. Guarantees
BORPower® must be used as a lubricant additive for 4-stroke engines. A public liability of €2,000,000.00 is available but NanoBoron LTD and NNT-Nanotechnology take no responsibility for incorrect use of the product.

8. Restrictions on Ordering and Delivery
We can only accept orders from holders of credit or debit cards registered at UK and Republic of Ireland addresses.
We can deliver to most addresses in the U.K. and Republic of Ireland. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to other destinations. Please contact us by email at info@nanoboron.co.uk if you require further details. All goods are subject to availability.
Where a person attempts to buy goods where minimum age limits apply, the contract will be deemed void where the individual is below the required age limit.
9. Complaints and Queries
If you are not happy with any aspect of our online service, discover a fault with our website or if you have any queries or comments relating to an order placed online, please either e-mail us at info@nanoboron.co.uk, telephone us on 0845 463 5438, or write to Nanoboron Online Shop, Nanoboron Limited, 271 Regent Street, London, W1B 2ES, and we will do everything we can to help you.
Your access to the Nanoboron website may occasionally be restricted to allow for the introduction of new products or features, site development, maintenance or repairs. We will attempt to restore the service as soon as we reasonably can.
10. Unwanted Goods
If you decide that you do not want any item that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 28 days of delivery, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition with the original seal and wrapping intact (including in its original packaging), along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase). Methods of return are as follows:
1) To a Nanoboron Ltd
The easiest and quickest way to return your item or items is to take them to Nanoboron Ltd for a replacement or refund along with your copy invoice as proof of purchase. Unfortunately, Nanoboron Ltd is not able to accept returns for products delivered directly from the other sources including manufacturer or any other agencies, stores or other sources.
2) By post (if the item has been posted to you)
To return an item by post you must firstly contact Nanoboron Ltd either by email at info@nanoboron.co.uk, or telephone us on 0845 463 5438. We will issue a Returns Authorisation which must accompany the goods being returned. Items returned without a Returns Authorisation cannot be accepted.
Let us know which item(s) you wish to return, and the details of any fault, along with your customer order number and your personal details and we will send you an email containing a returns note. When you receive this email, simply print out the returns note and place it in your parcel with the item(s) you wish to return. Please package your item(s) securely, returning in the original outer packaging where possible. All items returned by post (unless faulty) are returned at your cost. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post. If you post your item(s) back to us, we will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days, providing your Returns Authorisation is included with the items returned. For faulty items, we will, upon receipt of the product, examine it or we may have to return it to the manufacturer for examination. We aim to dispatch a replacement product, arrange a repair or refund your money within 14 days, providing your Returns Authorisation is included with the items returned. When returning goods, if no fault is found we do not refund delivery charges and may charge for collecting the goods if they are not taken into a Nanoboron Ltd. We will endeavour to process returns within 14 working days of receipt. 11. Colours, Specifications, Weights & Sizes
Representations of colour online are as accurate as our photographic and electronic processes will allow. Please note that colour online can also be affected by the calibrations of different output devices. All weights and sizes are supplied as a guide only and are approximate.
12. Safe Shopping Guarantee
We have used every effort to ensure that shopping on the Internet with Nanoboron is as safe as purchasing by card by using PAYPAL services. PAYPAL secure server software encrypts all of your personal information sent over the Internet. In processing your order, your information may have to be sent over the Internet more than once. At no point is your order information sent in this way without encryption. Although we endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the complete security of any data you disclose online. You accept the inherent security risks of providing personal information and dealing online over the Internet and Nanoboron cannot be held responsible for any breach of security unless it is due to our negligence.
